IESCO is actively looking for high caliber professionals for the following C-Level positions to lead the respective departments and will report to CEO and to the Board of Directors (BoD) IESCO on case to case basis, if required. • Minimum 16-years Degree (MBA/Masters) in Human Resources from a local/foreign university recognized by HEC.
• At Least 15 years Post Qualification relevant experience including 03 years of related experience at the Senior Management Level position/ HoD/against positions in BPS-20, in Companies/ Organization having total HR headcounts more than 1,000 or assets of more than five billion rupees.
• Professional Certification(s) in HR from well reputed institution(s) (national/international) will be given preference.
• Higher degree in the given discipline (HR) will be given preference.

• At least 15 years Post Qualification relevant experience including 03 years of related experience at the Senior Management Level position/ HoD/against positions in BPS-20, in Companies/ Organization managing enterprises-level IT operations.
• Higher degree in any of above disciplines will be given preference.
• Following IT / Data based experience in the energy, utilities, infrastructure sector or in a large-scale national/ multinational corporate or public sector organizations will be preferred.

This is a senior level management position directly reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors of IESCO. The incumbent shall be responsible for leading and managing the Finance, Treasury and Accounts department, ensuring that appropriate advice is given to the board on all financial matters, keeping proper financial records and accounts, and for maintaining an effective system of internal financial control
The candidate should have to work in accordance with the Companies Act 2017, SOE Act, 2023 and all other applicable acts/ordinance/laws/SOPs /rules/guidelines etc.
• A member of recognized body of Professional Accountants with at-least Ten (10) Years relevant experience, out of which Three (03) years must be in the Senior Management position of equivalent status in the company / organization having at-least total assets of 05 billion rupees.
• Have worked effectively with external and internal auditors of the Company to ensure the continuing financial integrity of all systems and obtain judgments and recommendations to improve the systems and the financial health of the company.
• Have worked in an ERP operating environment.
• Have in depth understanding of internal Audit function like risk mitigation systems and internal controls that meet IIA Standards.
The incumbent shall be given preference on the basis of following experience(s):
• Implemented depreciation regarding inventory management through internal control systems.
• Contributed towards formulation and implementation of procurement control functions including an independent procurements oversight and associated financial controls system.
• An understanding of the Pakistan electricity market, all applicable corporate & regulatory framework, tariff structures of the various segments.
