Dr. Tahir Masood is a distinguished civil engineer with a career spanning four decades. He has served as the Managing Director of NESPAK and held prominent positions such as Chairman of Berkeley Associates (Pvt.) Limited. His expertise encompasses managing and consulting on high-profile projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors, such as the Diamir Basha Dam, Mohmand Dam, Ghazi Barotha Hydropower Project, RLNG based Thermal Power Projects, Coal based Thermal Power Projects in Thar, and Orange Line Metro Train Project. Dr. Masood has also contributed significantly to academia through teaching and research, and his numerous publications reflect his profound impact on geotechnical engineering practices. In recognition of his contribution to the engineering profession, he has been awarded Tamgha-e-Imtiaz by the President of Pakistan.

Ms. Amna Abbas is a distinguished Supreme Court Advocate with extensive experience in the legal field. She is also a Barrister of the Hon’ble Society of Lincoln’s Inn. Currently she is serving as the Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary at Telenor Microfinance Bank/EasyPaisa, where she is an integral part of the leadership team and heads the Legal Division, Company Secretariat, and Ethics Department. She continues to play a pivotal role in the conversion of the Microfinance Bank into a Digital Retail Bank and manages relations with regulators as well as multinational board directors and shareholders along with overseeing all litigation, contract and legal advisory matters, and ethics compliance. She sits on various management committees at Telenor Microfinance Bank/EasyPaisa and Chairs the Anti-Harassment Committee.
Previously, she managed the litigation department at Ahmer Bilal Soofi & Co., overseeing cases in multiple jurisdictions across Pakistan through a team of 18 lawyers, and provided advice on corporate, constitutional, regulatory, and contractual matters. As a Consultant for the Research Society of International Law (RSIL), she has co-authored manuals and provided consultancy on administrative law. Her experience also includes serving as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of Pakistan, where she assisted Hon’ble Judges in research and case preparation. Additionally, she has worked on high-profile transactions and regulatory compliance at Rizvi, Isa, Afridi & Angell/RIAALAW, and gained extensive experience in civil litigation at Awan Raza, Islamabad. Ms. Abbas’s profound legal expertise, coupled with her leadership roles in various organizations, underscores her significant contributions to the legal and corporate sectors.

Engr. Rana Abdul Sattar is a seasoned professional with over 37 years of experience in the power sector, including significant roles in projects funded by international donors like USAID, the World Bank, and ADB. His expertise spans operations, maintenance, procurement, strategic planning, and business transformation in Pakistan's distribution and transmission networks. He has held various high-level management positions across multiple DISCOs, driving performance improvement and customer trust enhancement. Engr. Sattar has significantly contributed to the advancement of Pakistan's power sector through his extensive hands-on experience and leadership. His notable achievements include receiving a performance award from the Chairman of WAPDA. Additionally, he has participated in various local and international trainings and inspections, such as overseeing the hardware inspection of a 132-KV line in Turkey, conducting inspections of protection rubber gloves in France, and managing inspections of distribution material in Pakistan.

Mr. Aly Murtazza is a financial consultant having a comprehensive background in corporate governance and the operations of DISCOs. He has previously served on the Board of Directors of FESCO and twice on the Board of Directors of IESCO.
His understanding of the sector and its issues is widely recognised and current nomination to IESCO Board of Directors is the fourth time he will be serving on the Board of a State-Owned Utility Distribution Company.
He is an alumnus of Kings College London and Oxford Said Business School.
