Engr. Qamarul Islam Raja | Chairman BoD-IESCO

Possessing an Engineering degree from UET Lahore, MSc and M.Phil in Mass Communication and PGD in IT, Raja Qamar ul Islam has a rich and diversified experience of Public and Private Sector. Starting his carrier as a Civil Servant, he worked as Personal Staff Officer to Accountability Chief of the Country for four years. Then he moved to the Private Sector and established a renowned group of Private Science and Commerce Colleges along with a few well performing Schools subsequently he entered the field of Politics and made his way to Provincial Assembly of Punjab multiple times in the last two decades. He worked as Chairperson Standing Committee on Education Punjab for Five Years. As Chairman Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) he led the most successful Education reforms of Punjab which included the successful outsourcing of more than four thousand worst performing schools to Private Sector which is a well known success story across the globe. Along with revamping PEF and bringing 3.3 million children of Punjab to schools, he also worked as Chairman Chief Minister Special Cell aimed at improving the infrastructure of the Province. He also worked as member of various Public Sector Companies and Steering Committees including Punjab Land Record and Management Information Systems (LRMIS), Public Private Partnership Steering Committee, Resource Mobilization Committee, Punjab Education Endowment Fund (PEEF), Punjab Education Initiative Management Authority (PEIMA), Punjab Curriculum and Text Book Board, Punjab Examination Commission and also worked as Chairman Punjab Saaf Pani Company.

Engr. Dr. Muhammad Amjad Khan | Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Muhammad Amjad Khan has 39 years of experience in WAPDA/Electricy Utility Organizations, Project Management, Power System, Economics & Management, Financial Management, Human Resource Management, PhD Management and served as Chief Executive Officer, Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO). He is qulified with PhD Management Sciences, MBA Human Resources, MS Electrical Engineering, BS Electrical Engineering and a Good Governance Course from IBA Karachi. He served in different Power Organizations i.e. PESCO from 2015-2017 as Chief Engineer (PMU), General Manager (Tech) from 2017-2018, in TESCO as Chief Executive Officer from Feb 2018 to May 2018 and in PESCO as Chief Executive Officer from 2018-2020.
